Work With Me

Therapy for women who never expected their family building path to look like this.

Licensed Mental Health Counseling in Orlando, Florida for the fertility journey no one planned for.

Who This Is For

Therapy for women who are navigating the emotional weight of a difficult family building journey and no longer willing to sustain performing okay.

I work with women who feel successful in every area of life except the one area they never thought they’d have to work so hard in. They never imagined growing a family would be so challenging. Many of them are having to perform okay because the grief they are carrying is invisible to everyone around them.

Who This Is a Good Fit For

I work with adults exclusively. The people who reach out to me are typically navigating complex family building decisions, or navigating the fear around the loss of another pregnancy, or the uncontrollable worry if they’ll ever achieve parenthood. Some are single and some are partnered. Either way, they’re facing similar challenges. The invisible grief of a painful family building journey and feeling like they’re losing themselves in the process. What tends to bring them here is the grief of living a life they didn’t plan for and not knowing how to live the life they have instead of the one they planned.

You're likely really motivated, analytical and self-aware. You probably already know what you need but feel stuck and need help with the emotional toll of living in ongoing uncertainty and loss.

With support, women who are a good fit for this work start to feel like their fertility journey is no longer consuming everything, emotions make more sense instead of chaotic and overwhelming and more confident in navigating what comes next.

Therapy for Infertility

I help for women navigate infertility so they can process grief, manage emotional overwhelm, and make difficult decisions without feeling alone.

If you’re struggling with infertility, we’re going to start with naming what infertility has cost you.  Acknowledging your losses helps you understand the true weight of what you’re carrying and creates space to grieve them. From there, we’ll explore the story you’ve built around your infertility and how it may have become part of your identity rather than just a diagnosis.

Together, we’ll work to reclaim who you are outside of your fertility journey so you can move toward feeling steadier, more grounded and equipped with tools to keep going.

Therapy for Pregnancy Loss

I help women who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss so they can understand their grief, communicate their needs with confidence, and find a way to carry their loss without it consuming everything.

If you’re struggling with a pregnancy or infant loss, we’ll start by honoring what you’ve been through. Grief is a natural and normal response to loss. It’s not a problem to be fixed or a symptom to be treated.

Together, we’ll explore what grief looks like for you specifically, because no two losses are the same. You’ll learn to identify and communicate your needs to the people around you and develop ways to care for yourself as you journey forward with grief.

Therapy for Pregnancy After Loss

I help women who are pregnant after a loss so they can navigate the anxiety, fear, and grief that often accompany pregnancy after loss while protecting their emotional wellbeing through every stage of pregnancy.

If you’re pregnant after a miscarriage, stillbirth, TMFR, or infant loss, we’ll start with acknowledging that this pregnancy exists alongside the pain of loss. Hope for a new baby and the grief of losing can exist at the same time. Joy and fear can co-exist.

Together, we’ll work on making room for both. We’ll address the anxiety that can make it hard to be present in this pregnancy, process the grief that this new pregnancy didn’t erase and build emotional steadiness that will allow you to get through this pregnancy moment by moment, one milestone at a time.

Therapy Intensives

I help women who feel like they’ve lost pieces of themselves on their family building journey so they can navigate the next chapter with clarity and confidence.

If your fertility journey has felt all consuming and you’ve become a version of yourself you don’t recognize, our work together will help you repair your relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll address the shame that many women experience around their fertility journey, develop a clearer picture of how this journey has been affecting you (mind, body, and relationships) and build tangible tools to manage the emotional toll so you can move forward feeling like yourself again.

Donor Conception Consultations and Evaluations

If you’re at a point in your fertility story that you need third party reproduction to achieve your family building dreams, I offer donor conception consultations.

The goal of these consultations is to help individuals and families think through their choices, gain a deeper understanding of the issues involved in third party reproduction and make informed choices that will help you build a happy and healthy family.

How I Approach Therapy for Women Navigating Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, And The Road To Parenthood

My approach is direct but warm, grief-aware, and grounded. Together, we’ll create space to be with the full weight of what you’re carrying. I’ll gently challenge you when it matters because this is not passive support. You’re probably getting enough of that in your life already and it doesn’t feel as helpful as it’s meant to be. This is real support, not just reassurance. We’ll do real work together, and that sometimes means sitting with discomfort or hearing something that’s hard to receive.

I work best with clients who are ready to be honest, willing to be uncomfortable at times, and looking for more than someone to vent to.

This May Not Be The Right Fit For You If

  • You’re looking for a diagnostic or medical focused approach to your experience. I work from a wellness model
  • You’re looking for a quick fix without doing deeper work
  • Gentle, direct feedback feels threatening rather than helpful
  • You want grief treated as problem to be solved
