  • Receive a written report to share with your fertility clinic

Known / Directed Donor Evaluations

If your donor is someone you know (a friend, family member, connection), we support both parties with a comprehensive process:

  • 60‑minute consultation for intended parent(s)

  • 90‑minute evaluation for donor (and donor’s partner if applicable, including a Personality Assessment Inventory)

  • 60‑minute joint meeting of all parties

  • Written summary for your clinic

This combined process helps ensure clarity, consent, and emotional readiness.
